Sean M. Snider, Esq.

Co-Founder | President

Sean is a passionate entrepreneur pursuing a strategic acquisition of a product or service business that has a track record of strong sales, excellent customer relationships, outstanding management and a company culture that is admired throughout its community. Sean’s diverse professional and personal experiences have earned him expertise in analyzing business opportunities, driving value creation and bolstering company culture.

Sean launched his career as a practicing transactional attorney in Chicago, Illinois, where he specialized in private equity mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries, including health care services, insurance, food and beverage, sporting products and manufacturing. To broaden his legal experience and to sharpen his financial acumen, Sean later lateraled to a peer firm in Chicago, joining its investment management practice, where he could focus on advising registered investment companies and investment advisors in matters involving the formation and operation of exchange-traded funds, open-end funds, closed-end funds, and unit investment trusts. While as a practicing attorney, Sean also co-founded and serves as president of a residential real estate investment company in Southern Indiana.

Sean currently lives in Chicago, Illinois, and spends his free time exploring the city’s beautiful architecture and views of Lake Michigan, reading history, strength training with his brother and sharpening his skills as a guitar player. Prior to moving to Chicago to begin his legal career, Sean earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana, and his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He grew up in Southern Indiana along the Ohio River near the borders of Ohio and Kentucky where he cultivated his unconditional love for the Cincinnati Bengals.

Sam Hurley, CPA

Co-Founder | Chief Financial Officer

Sam is a striving acquisitions professional pursuing a strategic acquisition of a product or service business that has a track record of strong sales, diversified customer relationships, scalability, outstanding management, and a company culture that is admired throughout its community. Sam’s professional experiences in financial modeling, investment valuation, financing/capital stacks, US GAAP Accounting, and business management have earned him expertise in analyzing business opportunities, transaction execution, and driving business plan results.

Sam launched his career in the Real Estate Tax practice at a Big 4 Accounting firm in New York, New York. To broaden his experience, Sam transitioned to a boutique firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he joined the business valuation advisory group. While there he worked on the buy and sell side for business acquisition transactions in a variety of industries including healthcare and manufacturing. This included business underwriting and valuation, financial due diligence, and quality of earnings analysis. Sam has spent the last six years of his professional career as the chief financial officer for a real estate development, construction, and property management company. Here he leads the Finance, Accounting, and Asset Management departments as the company has more than quadrupled in size since he started with the firm. During that same period, Sam has lead the financing of over $500+ million in transactions during that period.

Sam currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, and spends most of his free time with his wife and two sons, exercising, and enjoying the outdoors. Prior to beginning his career, Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He is also currently in his final year of the executive MBA program at the University of Notre Dame. Sam grew up in Newburgh, Indiana, where he fell in love with basketball and became an avid fan of the Indiana Hoosiers.
